The 5050 Group 'Advocating for equal representation in politics'
The 5050 Group and other related campaigns have had some considerable success in seeking to address the under-representation of women in the political domain. This is to be celebrated.
We need to go forward, however. We really need to encourage women to run for elective Office. If you know of any woman who you think would make a good candidate, tell her and pledge your support if she decides to run.
Quite simply, she cannot do it on her own.
